This is what you should end up with after attaching all three bond units to all three sonobe sonobe units. If you were making a hydrogen atom with a single bond, you'd mountain fold the valley folds on the sonobe modules and close up the other side. Attaching an element to the other end of the bond units works in the same way, but it's a little more cumbersome when one of the ends is already attached.
